To officially reserve your wedding date at Crystal Fountain Park, couples simply need to sign a venue contract and submit the required down payment. Once both are received, your date is officially secured on our calendar.

At Crystal Fountain Park, last call for alcohol service must take place no later than 11:00 PM. All music, entertainment, guest activities, cleanup, and vendor load-out should be wrapped up so that the venue is fully vacated by midnight.

At Crystal Fountain Park, venue staff handles setup of guest tables, guest chairs, and ceremony seating prior to your event. Couples and their vendors are responsible for setting up personal dƩcor items such as head tables, cake tables, card tables, centerpieces, signage, favors, and other decorations brought in for the wedding.
Crystal Fountain Park handles standard venue cleanup after the event. Couples simply need to remove all personal dƩcor, gifts, and items brought into the venue by the end of their rental period.

Yes! Crystal Fountain Park works with many talented local vendors throughout Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas, including DJs, photographers, caterers, florists, bakers, bartenders, hair and makeup artists, transportation services, and more.

Yes! Crystal Fountain Park offers onsite camping options for wedding guests, helping friends and family continue enjoying the celebration throughout the weekend.
Crystal Fountain Park features both full hookup camper sites and electric-only camper sites. Camping may be included with certain wedding packages, while other packages may offer camping as an additional add-on option.
In addition to guest camper sites, Crystal Fountain Park also offers select rental campers for guests who would like to stay onsite without bringing their own RV or camper. Availability for campsites and rental campers may vary depending on the event date and package selected.

Yes ā candles are permitted at Crystal Fountain Park as long as the flame is fully contained within an approved holder or enclosure.
Sparkler send-offs are also permitted. Couples are required to provide a water bucket or approved disposal container for used sparklers and are responsible for sparkler cleanup following the send-off.
For safety and insurance reasons, fireworks are not permitted at Crystal Fountain Park.
